We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being within the familiarity of their own homes. environment.
Key responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one care and support to individuals with elderly in their home environment.
Implement behavior management strategies and techniques tailored to each individual's needs.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Facilitate engagement in therapeutic activities and social interactions.
Maintain detailed documentation of care provided and behavior observations.
Qualifications:
Experience working with elderly clients
Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent communicate skills
Reliable and responsible with a strong commitment to client well-being and safety
Must have HCA certificate
Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Standard shift:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Overnight shift

Supplemental schedule:

- Holidays
- On call
- Overtime

Weekly schedule:

- Choose your own hours
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
