The Passaic County Administrator’s Office is seeking a highly motivated Keyboarding Clerk 1 with excellent organizational and communication skills. This role will perform routine, repetitive clerical work involving answering the telephone, processing invoices, attending to visitors, processing of mail, and other related duties as required by the department.

Other duties include but aren’t limited to:

- Maintain Open Public Records Act (OPRA) system. Responsibilities include corresponding with departments and customers to ensure requests are filled accurately, redacting exempt information, and responding to requests in a timely manner.
- Oversee the Passaic County website, including updating department pages, calendars, news, and publishing meeting minutes and agendas in a timely manner.
- Manage wireless phone accounts’ billing, ordering and activation of devices, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Using Outlook, Word, Excel, and learning other computer programs and software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with the public and have excellent customer service interaction.

**License**:Valid New Jersey Driver's License required if operating for the duties of the position.
