Marketing Assistant

This position requires someone who is a team player who can assist pursuit process, communicate effectively, and work well with clients.
- Executing marketing strategies and objectives
- Lead proposal writing and presentations
- Maintain a centralized archive of presentations, marketing materials and communications that is accessible to various functional groups internally
- Coordinate the production and distribution of various communications with outside vendors, such as printers, etc. to meet designated due dates
- Perform marketing research
- Create and distribute press releases and other communications for new hires, awards and announcements
- Organize and maintain “user friendly” record systems for the marketing department data
- Update promotional marketing material content and format
- Create and publish content to social media
- Capture project photos during and post construction
- Process and order company branded promotional items
- Coordinate and plan corporate networking events

**Position Requirements**

Bachelor Degree
- 0 - 3 years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Develop and distribute marketing materials, marketing brochures and other promotional materials
- Lead efforts in providing a positive organizational image to the general public, clients and the community
- May write, edit and publish organizational publications
- Utilize desktop publishing, graphics, and spreadsheet software to create and print a variety of materials
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical information specific to the engineering/architectural industry
- Prepare text, photos or illustrations for proposal or presentation materials
- Sustain complete knowledge of the organization's policies and services
- Ability to take on tasks with mínimal supervision
- Experience with creative writing and graphic design a plus
- Website WordPress experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and web-based interfaces
- Must thrive working assertively in a deadline-driven environment
