**About the Job**

The Client Success Manager role will be tasked with working with Infillion's sales team to create exciting and dynamic proposals for Infillion's stadium media advertising products, as well as to work with clients to bring InStadium programs to life nationwide. Experience in and with agencies and clients within key markets like New York City, Los Angeles and Chicago are important to succeed in this role.

**What you will be doing**:

- Nurturing and expanding key client relationships, through both advertising agencies and direct brand clients through accurate presentation of Infillion's services and suite of product solutions. This includes in-venue media at stadiums and arenas, customized activations, digital out-of-home media outside stadiums, mobile geofencing and retargeting, social media engagements, and any other formats as assigned
- Evangelizing Infillion by providing solutions to help sell all Infillion offerings by honing in on client-specific needs, challenges, and trends
- Persuasively communicating Infillion's InStadium product offerings and unique value proposition to advertisers and agencies through client-focused, tailored customer service
- Creating proposals in response to both general RFIs and agency and brand RFPs as assigned by frontline sales team
- Delivering dynamic proposals that exceed advertiser expectations and agency marketing objectives
- Monitoring client campaign performance in partnership with both Infillion's InStadium team partners and Infillion's Account Management Team
- Working with a broad range of internal teams (Account Strategy, Marketing, Legal, Integration and Traffic teams) to help support sales efforts as assigned and needed

**What you have**:

- 1-3 years of experience servicing clients in the OOH/DOOH advertising space generally results in the knowledge and skillsets we seek
- Thorough understanding of the OOH/DOOH and digital media landscape
- Consultative relationship building and negotiation skills
- Working understanding of CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Superior client facing presentation skills, using data to effectively tell a clear story
- Experience with managed-service or IO based programs
- Experience developing campaign recommendations, preparing presentations, and comfort working directly with clients when needed
- Capacity to be organized, self-motivated and driven to succeed and achieve goals, sometimes with mínimal supervision. This includes comfort in asking for help and openness to clear direction
- Willingness to travel and entertain clients, including on nights and weekends as needed
