**_ Experienced Shop Foreman / Master Auto Repair Tech_**_ _**_Duties include but are not limited t_**o**:

- Supervise and manage a team of technicians or mechanics, providing guidance, support, and training as needed._
- Allocate work assignments to technicians and ensure that work is performed in accordance with established procedures and quality standards._
- Communicates professionally and provides updates on customer repairs as needed to service advisors and the parts department _
- Use shop equipment and diagnostic equipment with confidence and in accordance with all safety procedures_
- Expertly diagnose issues based upon experience, analysis, and testing_
- Possess an increasingly broad knowledge of how vehicles' components work and interact_
- Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry and well as in the diagnostics arena_
- Know and adhere to safety and environmental standards for maintenance / repair facilities and maintain a clean and safe working environment_
- Accurately complete repair orders and inspect vehicles for safety concerns_
- Other items as deemed necessary_

**_ Experienced Shop Foreman / Master Auto Repair Tech_**_ Qualifications_**:

- Must be a success-driven, customer service oriented team player_
- Minimum of 5 years as a skilled technician, ASE's, Ford or CDJR Master certification a plus_
- Comfortable with RO's, Dealership CSI requirements, Service Dispatch_
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively._
- Excellent technical knowledge and expertise in automotive, machinery, or relevant mechanical systems._
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to finding solutions._
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders._
- Valid driver's license with mínimal/no points _
- High School Diploma / GED required _
- _Regional Vice President will qualify final bonus amount by time of final offer based proven technician certifications, successes._
