**Strength and Conditioning for Middle School - After School Summer Program**

**Role Overview**

**Schedule**
- Classes will be held in the morning, with specific dates & times to be followed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strength and conditioning programs tailored to the needs of middle school students to improve their strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall athletic performance.
- Educate students on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols to prevent injuries.
- Promote a positive environment that encourages student engagement in physical activity.
- Maintain and organize fitness equipment, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all activities.
- Motivate students to set and achieve personal fitness goals.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience working with middle school-aged children in a fitness or athletic setting.
- Strong understanding of youth physical development and sports-specific conditioning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 2 per week
