Apartment and House Cleaner

(READ EVERYTHING BELOW)

This position is only for people who are responsive and can follow direction. DO NOT APPLY if you are not very responsive and detailed oriented. Your first 12 cleans will be at $17 hourly, if you do a great job we'll move you to $25 hourly.

Start date: ASAP

**Duties**:

- Routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings for

residential homes
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting
- Vacuuming, cleaning glass, wiping down surfaces, etc.
- Ability to manage time effectively and independentlyQualifications:

- 2 years of paid house cleaning experienced is required
- Must speak English (conversational okay)
- Have your own transportation and cleaning supplies
- Must have or be willing to get General Liability

Insurance (very quick process; roughly $40/month)

We provide you with a friendly support team that will set up your appointments and get jobs booked for you according to your schedule. Our support team handles all advertising, estimates, customer service, scheduling, and billing and lets you focus on your work.

Simply Must Cleaning is locally owned and operated. Unlike many other competitors, we are not a franchise and we offer much higher wages. We know that our cleaners are the forefront of our business and we want you to be properly and fairly compensated for your efforts.

Already have your own clients? That's fine We will help you get even more and send you all of the work that you desire.

Have another person that you currently clean with? That's fine, too We will schedule you for jobs together.

Simply Must Cleaning is a local house cleaning company looking for professional housekeepers immediately. We operate in Kalamazoo and surrounding cities (Must be willing to commute) (Battle Creek, etc.)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
