$18.50 TO $19.00 per hour
**The Company**
**Position Overview**
The Packager is responsible for all aspects of preparing raw materials for production processing and/or helping package finished goods to be put away into the finished goods inventory. This person must be able to multitask, provide quick responses/solutions to unforeseen production problems, and must always exhibit a professional, efficient demeanor.
**Responsibilities**:
- Remove raw materials from packaging that can weigh up to 50/60 pounds to gondolas and complies with USDA standards for handling materials.
- Fill / label/seal / palletize cartons** **of finished product.
- Uses TI station to label products appropriately and to complete any necessary inventory transactions and adjustments.
- Label gondolas with the corresponding job number in which the raw materials have been allocated.
**Education**
High School education or equivalent work experience
**Qualifications**
- High School education or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in a Food Processing environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
- 2 to 4 years experience with Meat Processing
- USDA Trained
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
