**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Answer client questions, provide solutions, and follow up on inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Issue insurance documentation, update policies, and assist clients with payments.
- Analyze customer insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options tailored to their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving insurance needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing policy changes and payments.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to effectively advise clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
- May be required to issue new policies depending on the agency's overall needs
- Will set client appointments with our established agents as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Must hold a valid insurance license.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales within the insurance industry required.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
