Responsibilities of a Water Damage Technician/Crew Chief:

- Demolition and removal of non-salvageable structural material
- Water extraction
- Mold remediation
- Contents cleaning and inventorying
- Effectively communicate with customers
- Leadership communication skills and qualities
- Electronic documentation with proprietary software

Requirements of Water Damage Technician:

- Minimum 3 Years experience required
- Effective oral communication
- Basic math skills
- Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation 24/7
- Ability to work flexible and longer hours during emergency situations
- Be part of a rotating on-call schedule
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
