We're seeking a dynamic Full-Time Nursing Scheduling /Staffing Coordinator to complement our dedicated team of healthcare professionals in Bronx, NY.**

**Position**:Full-Time Nursing Scheduling /Staffing Coordinator

**Salary**:$28-$35 per hour

**Responsibilities**:
As a Nursing Scheduling /Staffing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within our facility. Your responsibilities will include:

- Crafting schedules and daily assignments for CNAs, CMTs, and Nurses with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assisting the Director of Nursing in various tasks such as interviewing, hiring, and maintaining employee records.
- Reviewing punch details and calculating certified hours accurately to facilitate payroll processing.
- Maintaining attendance records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Conducting reference checks on nursing applicants to ensure the highest standards of professionalism.
- Proactively following up with newly hired staff to ensure all onboarding requirements are met.
- Fulfilling additional duties as delegated by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum one year of experience as a staffing coordinator in a nursing facility.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with staff and management.
