Field Inspector

**Overview**:
**Essential Functions**:

- Plan and assign work for crews enforcing compliance with job specification and safety requirements.
- Efficiently oversee multiple projects, upholding high quality standard and meeting cycle deadlines.
- Provide precise guidance and instructions to crews as a supervisor.
- Thoroughly inspect mowing, weed eating, trimming activities to guarantee alignment with contract specification.
- Promptly address any on-site issues with both crews and clients
- Generate detailed reports and Document daily job logs for clients and management.
- Serve as a main point of contact for client and crews facilitating effective communication regarding project completion of work and contract compliance.

**specifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape field with one year demonstrated leadership experience

**Preferred Skills & Abilities**:

- Knowledge of turf management preferred.
- Knowledge of Landscape management maintenance such as irrigation. arboriculture, pesticides, herbicide is a plus.
- Skills in operating landscape equipment such as tractor and zero turn mower is a plus.

**Other Requirements**:

- Must possess a valid State of Texas Drivers License Class “C” and good driving record.
- Must obtain a chemical applicator license, Irrigator license, and OSHA 30 as required.

Pay: $19.50 - $22.00 per hour
