**Job Summary**

This entry-level Boat Works operation position will perform general duties around the yacht yard and on boats. This position will perform basic maintenance and upkeep on boats, such as sanding and bottom painting. Responsible for assisting in tying up, hauling, and launching boats while complying with standard operating procedures, safety codes, and regulations in performing daily duties and responsibilities.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assisting in hauling, blocking, and launching various boats, large and small
- Sanding and bottom painting boats
- Clean, sweep, and organize yacht yard facilities
- Maintain lines and check equipment
- Wash and power wash boats
- Work with yard crew to further progress on various ongoing projects
- Other miscellaneous duties in boat yard

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Marine vocational or technical training, preferred
- Experience using basic hand and electrical tools, preferred
- Willingness to develop strong knowledge of boat terminology
- 18 years or older
- General Work Schedule: M-F, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Pay commensurate with work experience.
