Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations from normal
- Assist in patient assessments and care planning
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:

- Must hold a valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Experience in pain management, pediatrics, laboratory procedures, and health coaching preferred
- Knowledge of dialysis procedures, Epic EMR system, medical records management, airway management, and cardiac catheterization is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
