Job Description: The technician will be responsible for detailing new and used boats. The technician will be responsible for performing marine boat rigging, prep and delivery of new and used product and water tests. The technician will also be responsible for assembling, prepping, and working with new boat trailers.

**Requirements**:

- Faculty to operate a motorized vehicle and small hand held/power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend work orders.
- Must have attention to detail and safety compliance.
- Perform daily opening and closing job duties, such as grounds clean up and general property maintenance.
- Must be personable, polite and presentable.
- Assist and support special events at the dealership that may take place outside of normal operating hours.
- Must be able to tow a boat, if needed.
- Assist with general boat maintenance, to include washing, waxing and detailing of new and used boats.
- Working with the Service Manager and General Manager to perform all tasks needed to profitably run the business

Required experience:

- Driver's License with clean driving record
- Experience with floor jacks, tires, working a impact are a huge plus.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Henrico, VA 23231: Relocate before starting work (required)
