**Position Overview**: Blossom & Ivory is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Cashier Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Cashier Associate, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing friendly and attentive service to our valued customers. **Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking bags and receipt paper to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold store standards and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and exceed performance goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
- A passion for fashion and a desire to create positive experiences for customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
