Piano Teacher

**Lumina Piano School **is a fast-growing private piano teaching school with a vision to offer South Brooklyn access to an affordable and high quality conservatory-style musical education. To do this, we focus on providing our faculty with the tools required to teach effectively while building the school's reputation, including providing newer instruments and more spacious rooms for private teaching, keeping a well-stocked inventory of basic teaching methods and extra-curricular materials, as well as hosting multi-annual piano recitals and studio classes. We are in a constant state of growth, and are always looking for enthusiastic and committed members to join our faculty and staff

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced piano teacher to join our in-person faculty: the instructor must have at least a Masters (preferred) or Bachelors (minimum) in a performance/pedagogy degree, or equivalent education. As we are located in a Chinese area of South Brooklyn, it is preferred that the instructor can speak Mandarin.

- Guaranteed consistent schedule with mínimal rescheduling.
- Wider timeframes/days for student scheduling, **weekends especially preferred**.
