Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Steel Worker to join our team. As a Steel Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding steel components according to specifications.

**Duties**:

- Assemble and fabricate steel structures such as beams and columns
- Weld components using various welding techniques including stick welding
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering plans
- Perform basic mathematical calculations for measurements and layouts
- Rig and move steel components using forklifts or cranes
- Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards
- Work on ductwork installations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in steel fabrication, assembly, and welding
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of ductwork installations is a plus
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
- Experience with stick welding techniques
- Familiarity with operating forklifts for material handling
