The Field Superintendent oversees the daily construction activities at multiple work sites and keeps the Project Manager updated on job status. The Field Superintendent is responsible for reporting the overall progress of the projects as well as coordinating workers, equipment, and materials with the Project Manager to ensure the jobs run on schedule and that all information needed is provided in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performs JSI (jobsite inspections) at all work sites
- Reports any near miss that occurs immediately

**Job Qualifications**:
1. 3-5 years of commercial of roofing experience

2. Understand and manage scheduling, record keeping, and have ability to deal effectively with crews and subs.

3. Be knowledgeable of different roofing systems for both residential and commercial

4. Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

5. Must be able to read and inspect and analyze roofs for compliance with plans, submittals, specifications, and scheduling.

6. Teach and enforce safety regulations

7. Skilled at management of multiple projects, opportunity analysis and decision-making.

8. Must be able to meet and communicate effectively with Engineers, Consultants, Building officials, and Clients on job sites and other meetings

9. Meet with building inspectors and be able to answer questions and/or provide information as it relates to installation procedures and code compliance

10. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

12. Must have a valid Florida driver's license

13. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
