Head Server

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Server to join our team. As the Head Server, you will be responsible for overseeing the dining experience and ensuring exceptional service to our guests. Your attention to detail, leadership skills, and extensive knowledge of the food industry will contribute to the success of our establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Train, supervise, and motivate servers to deliver outstanding service
- Oversee the dining room operations, including seating arrangements and table settings
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Utilize OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest bookings
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably as a server or in a similar role
- Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with cash register operations
- Excellent hospitality and guest service skills
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary terminology
- Proficiency in using reservation systems such as OpenTable
- Ability to lead and train a team of servers effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Please note that this is a paid position. We offer competitive wages based on experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
