**Behavioral Health Assessor**

**Position Hours**: 9am to 6pm Mon-Fri onsite in St Petersburg, FL
- Complete and efficiently document Biopsychosocial Assessments
- Complete Functional Assessment Rating Scale
- Complete Children’s Functional Assessment Rating Scale
- Communicate with prospective and new clients
- Schedule patient appointments
- Treatment Plan Coordination
- Patient rescheduling for new clients
- Rapport Building with clients and prospective clients
- Call all clients daily that did not attend their scheduled appointment

If you have a **Bachelor's Degree** in a related field (Human Services, Chemical Dependency, Psychology, etc), live in the **Tampa Bay** area, and are seeking an **onsite** job, we highly encourage you to apply. Over 1 year of relevant experience is highly preferred.
