**The Role**

As a Biz Dev Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our sales and lead development initiatives.

**Your Duties Include**:

- **Sales Champion**: Lead and manage the sales process, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and identifying new opportunities.
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively seek out and develop leads through networking, market research, and referrals.
- **Client Interaction**: Engage with prospects and clients to understand their financial goals and provide customized solutions.
- **Collaborative Approach**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- **Continuous Growth**: Stay informed about financial products, services, and industry trends to offer the most up-to-date advice to clients.

**Skills and Qualifications**

- **Proven Sales Track Record**: Demonstrated success in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- **CRM Mastery**: Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software to effectively manage leads and client interactions.
- **Clear and Persuasive Communication**: Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to clients, building understanding and trust.
- **Grace Under Pressure**: You maintain a calm and polite demeanor in high-pressure situations, ensuring clients feel at ease.

- **Financial Licensing**: Possession of Series 65, 66, and/or Series 7 licenses is a plus, bringing higher pay and added growth opportunities.

**Compensation**
- **Base Salary**: 75k - 85k Depending on experience.
- **Benefits**: 401(k), 401(k) matching, health insurance, paid time off.
- **Bonus opportunities - **by achieving KPIs and production targets, this can easily become a six-figure income.
