As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through our selection of high-quality cannabis products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide them with personalized recommendations for cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.
- Utilize electronic point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately process transactions and manage inventory.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, including their effects, benefits, and recommended usage.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written communication, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Develop a rapport with customers to foster loyalty and increase repeat business.
- Perform various tasks related to sales and customer service, such as answering questions, addressing concerns, and recommending complementary products.
- Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the cannabis industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate in multiple languages, including English.
- Experience with POS systems and electronic sales platforms.
- Proven sales and customer service skills, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with jewelry sales or appliance sales is a plus.
- A passion for the cannabis industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
