**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee all aspects of the agency's operations, including staffing, scheduling, payroll processing, billing, and accounting.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing home care agencies.
- Manage the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring that all staff members are properly trained and qualified to provide care to our clients.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the agency's management team, fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability.
- Monitor and analyze agency performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to develop strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.
- Ensure that the agency maintains compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to home care and home health care services.
- Oversee the agency's financial management functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, and accounts payable/receivable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within the home care or home health care industry.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, hiring practices, human resources management, and accounting principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
- Certification in home care or home health care management preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
