**Job Overview**:
As a Digital Adoption Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving successful user adoption of our digital capabilities. You'll wear multiple hats: crafting engaging content, managing project lifecycles, and collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless digital transformation journey. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, content creation skills, and a passion for user experience (UX).

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop compelling digital marketing collateral (e.g., tutorials, guides, explainer videos) that promote the adoption of new tools and technologies.
- Maintain and update existing collateral to reflect ongoing changes and user feedback.
- Own and manage digital adoption project lifecycles, from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure projects meet established goals.
- Work with the Digital Adoption team to identify areas for improvement in the digital adoption roadmap.
- Manage and track the implementation of roadmap improvement initiatives.
- Analyze user data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities to enhance user experience.
- Partner with marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of content and tools.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate users on new tools and functionalities.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- 3-5 years of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise content.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform project decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A collaborative and results-oriented team player with a passion for innovation.

**Preferences**:

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and content creation tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies is preferred.

**Pay Range**:
$37.81-$56.71/hour

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
