Moving Company Sales Representative

The Elite Mover, a local St. Augustine based business, is seeking a Sales Associate to join our growing company. We are firm believers that you can teach someone how to successfully do the job, but not how to have a good attitude and character. With that being said, we are looking for an excellent communicator who has a positive attitude and professional demeanor - someone who is self motivated with a high drive and strong work ethic. **Responsibilities**:
- Builds relationships that generate business and referrals by networking and marketing company services throughout assigned territory
- Establishes a rapport and builds confidence in The Elite Mover services
- Continually maintains thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of The Elite Mover and
effectively oppose any objections.
- Asks open-ended, probing questions to determine customer requirements and
expectations
- Follows up consistently with all prospects in order to grow sales
- Continually develops, creates and manages a robust sales pipeline
- Meets or beats performance standards (KPIs) and objectives
- Uses efficient and effective time management skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Bonus/Net Profit - At the end of each month, net profit from associated sales will be added up and a bonus of $100 for every $1,000 will be provided.
- Hired Referral Bonus - If an individual is referred to the company and is hired, a referral bonus of $50 for part-time (after a minimum of 5 jobs worked) or $100 for full-time will be provided.
- As a growing company, advancement opportunities will become available.
Other
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen at employer’s request
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Compensation package:
- Bonus opportunities
- Monthly bonus
- Profit sharing
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Weekends as needed
