Thrive is looking for a Fulfillment Manager to join our team and support our warehouse operations. Fulfillment responsibilities include offloading stock deliveries, processing work orders, and packaging orders for distribution. Ultimately, you will work with a small group in the warehouse to ensure items are retrieved, organized, and shipped in a timely manner.

**Daily Duties**
- Oversee and manage the fulfillment operations of the company, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize fulfillment processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with various departments, including production, warehouse, shipping, and customer service, to ensure smooth and seamless order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of warehouse fulfillment.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems **OR **capable of learning new software.
- Experience in transportation planning and logistics management, UPS, FEDEX.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- 5+ years of leadership/managing experience.
- 2+ years of fulfillment experience or direct to consumer business model.
- Great attendance and reliability.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
