Dental Receptionist

**Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Providing a warm greeting and assistance to patients as they arrive and leave, ensuring a positive experience
- Professionally answering phone calls, managing appointments, and responding to patient inquiries
- Handling all aspects of insurance billing, including the submission of claims and following up on any discrepancies
- Maintaining a comfortable and clean reception area that reflects the high standards of our practice
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our patient services

**The qualifications we are looking for**:

- A minimum of 2+ years dental front-office experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental insurance billing processes
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
