**Job Title: Accountant**

**Location**: Center City, Philadelphia

**Salary Range**: $60,000 - $65,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and maintain daily updates to the general ledger
- Conduct bank reconciliations, process inter-company transactions, and manage prepaid expenses and accruals
- Ensure daily maintenance of sales tax collections
- Oversee Inventory Management, including receiving raw materials
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger closings
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Communicate effectively with outside accounting professionals

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in full cycle accounting, including preparation of internal financial statements
- Self-motivated and proactive in accomplishing tasks
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Applications

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
