**MISSION**

As a Construction Project Manager at CD Barnes Construction, you will be at the forefront of our most exciting and challenging projects. You will have the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge technology to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

**SKILLS**
- Be computer literate (Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Understand the operation of smart phones, computers, printers, and tablets.
- Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate experience preferred, but not required.
- Have knowledge of construction (means and methods).
- Possess understanding of owner contracts, subcontracts, agreements, purchase orders, and other agreements relative to a project.
- Able to read, review, and interpret project specifications, drawings, addendums, requests for information, scopes of work, change orders, etc.
- Possess understanding of building components and systems.

**THE JOB**
- Lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to effectively manage resources and mitigate risks.
- Utilize the latest construction management software and tools to optimize project workflows and improve communication.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, providing guidance and support to project teams to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Work within West Michigan. Stay local.

**EXPERIENCE**
- High school diploma or GED
- 4-year degree in construction related field preferred but not required
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
