Automotive Accounting Clerk

**Piazza Honda & Hyundai of Pottstown **is in search of an Accounting Clerk to join our team

Automotive and CDK experience preferred but not required

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable responsibilities
- Ability to take on additional duties such as office administration
- Posting receipts
- Follow-up on funding delays
- Payoff leases
- Product cancellations & refunds
- Post wholesales and dealer trades
- Prepare deposits and follow-up on returned items
- Extended warranty payables & reconciling
- Post & reconcile parts statements
- Stock in inventory
- Other duties when needed

**Job Requirements**
- 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable preferred
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Well organized and solution oriented
- Efficient, productive and works well within a team environment
- Working knowledge of dealership accounting a plus
