**Job Summary**: As an Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's success. You will provide analytical and project management support. This is a critical cross-functional role where you will leverage data to drive measurement, accountability, and operational excellence initiatives throughout the organization.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and manage data for the Operational Excellence initiative
- Collaborate with operational leaders to identify improvement opportunities
- Liaise with IT and development departments to enhance systematic data capture and reporting initiatives
- Support operations and finance teams with volume-based analytics
- Support Operations through various Project Management initiatives
- Partner directly with the CFO to ensure consistency of data/information across the organization
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Expert proficiency in Excel and other advanced analytical tools
- SQL experience highly preferred, or willingness to learn
- Excellent analytical skills with a passion for continuous improvement
- Self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate when appropriate
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, or related analytical field
- Experience with project management and financial analysis is strongly preferred
