**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Pass medications to patients as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Assist with activities of daily living for patients
- Provide care to residents
- Support patients in hospice care
- Assist in dementia care services

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Experience working in hospitals, nursing homes, or assisted living settings
- Proficiency in administering medications and monitoring vital signs
- Ability to provide compassionate care to residents with various healthcare needs

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in hospice care and dementia care
- Proficiency in monitoring vital signs accurately

Pay: $15.00 per hour
