The Service Writer provides our customers with the pertinent information and assistance to meet their service needs. The performance of responsibilities within this position are crucial to reaching the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- This position is responsible for the receipt and flow of all incoming work, communication with customers and other departments, and the ability to work effectively with others.
- Communicate with customers, write repair orders, aquire customer approvals, and bill repairs.
- Must be able to understand and evaluate warranty guidelines, approval processes, and policies during the repair process.
- Contact customers with progress of vehicle repairs and status as needed.
- Keep up to date on all warranty policies and product changes.

Qualifications:

- Positive attitude
- Automotive industry experience a must
- Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer.
- Must be self-motivated and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must conduct him/herself in a professional manner.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
