**Key Role**:
Leverage negotiation tactics and expertise for the organization to help manage critical documents. Bring advanced contract management expertise to our contracts team to find creative solutions to complex problems. Provide full life cycle strategic contracts administration leadership and support to DoD and intelligence community (IC) clients. Negotiate and administer contracts with the U.S. government and subcontracts with large and small business prime contractors across the breadth of contract types. Negotiate teaming and non-disclosure agreements and Organizational Conflict of Interest plans. Review and analyze solicitations for potential risks and suggested proposal strategies, including compliance with requirements and recommended pricing approach. Advise on contractual requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations. Work with a collaborative team and leverage acquisition knowledge to make a positive impact.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience of cradle-to-grave contract administration, including negotiations and proposal preparation
- Experience with multiple contract types, including fixed-price, time and material, and cost reimbursable
- Experience in negotiating teaming and non-disclosure agreements with industry partners and managing staff and workloads
- Experience with organizational conflict of interest (OCI) terms and mitigation plans
- Experience in reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for areas of risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Knowledge of federal government contracting and the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS)
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency supplements
- Ability to establish and maintain client relationships with internal and external clients
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
