**Excavator Crane Operator Needed for Scrap Metal RecyclerLocation**: Neenah, WI

**Rate**: $21-$25 per hour

We are a Neenah-based scrap metal recycler seeking an experienced heavy machinery operator to join our team.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate cranes, sheers, wheel loaders, forklifts, and other heavy equipment.
- Unload trailers of scrap metal brought in by the general public.
- Load and unload semi-trucks.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Direct customers to the correct drop-off locations for materials.
- Assess loads and communicate with the scale room.
- Sort scrap piles based on material by hand and with machines.
- Maintain a clean and well-sorted yard.
- Monitor load quality control.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in the scrap metal industry.
- Must have experience operating excavator cranes.
- Basic knowledge of different grades and types of metal.
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (hot/cold).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong safety skills and the ability to manage the safety of others.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive.
- Must be honest, trustworthy, and able to work well with others.
- Positive attitude and ability to take direction.
- Must enjoy working with the general public.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
