Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our team. The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees.

**Duties**:

- Process and manage payroll for employees using designated payroll software
- Verify and reconcile timekeeping records and ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with HR to ensure proper deductions, benefits, and taxes are applied
- Generate payroll reports for management review
- Handle inquiries from employees regarding payroll matters
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to payroll

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Payroll Coordinator or similar role
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, Kronos, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with account reconciliation and accounts receivable
- Familiarity with payroll software such as Ceridian
- Knowledge of tax regulations related to payroll processing
