**Who We’re Looking For**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick and prepare sample products for shipment in a timely manner based on guidance from the Sample Room Manager
- Send samples in an organized format to customers as needed with detailed tracking information
- Accurately reviews and monitors orders for new or additional products and other changes to the original order
- Handles customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping status and stock availability
- Responds to customer questions professionally; when the issue or complaint is beyond the Coordinators knowledge, forwards to the Sample Room Manager for resolution
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns in a timely manner
- Maintains accurate records including order updates, shipping information, customer interactions in ERP system and related spreadsheets
- Provides accurate, valid, and complete information to both internal and external customers by using the right tools and positive demeanor to build relationships
- Follow policy/procedures and guidelines set by the Company
- Assist in monitoring accounts with proactive follow-ups on orders when needed
- Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer or administrative support preferred
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven culture
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and coworkers
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel preferred
- Intermediate computer skills, and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles and accounts

**Physical Requirements**:

- Some periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to navigate a warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
