Position Overview:
Primary Responsibilities:

- Frontline Help Desk support for all on-site and remote users, fielding tickets via service desk platform and remote access tools.
- Maintain IT equipment and software inventory.
- Address employee’s questions surrounding Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, Video Conferencing equipment, and mobile/WiFi issues
- Help troubleshoot and manage relatively simple hardware, software or network problems and being able to recognize and escalate more difficult problems to Management.
- Offering technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software life cycle.
- Training users on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems as well as teaching users how to better use Desktop and Office products.
- Gaining feedback from customers to improve training methods.
- Providing insight and recommendations on improving IT related systems.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
- Associate degree in computer science or related field.
- Strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Understanding of basic security techniques and safeguarding data.
- Good problem solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Due to federal contractual requirements, applicant must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid U.S. Driver's License.**

Pay: $55,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
