Pathway Homes has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Associate. This full-time (32 hr/week) position is responsible for preventative and other maintenance of agency residential scattered site properties. This position requires rotating availability on-call.

**Required Qualifications**: Experience with general maintenance and repair. Able to lift and move and supplies < 50lbs. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle. Good communication skills.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
