The** Housekeeping Supervisor** executes and oversees all housekeeping operations across the entire campus. They are responsible in maintaining healthy, clean, and sanitized housing/restroom facilities for campers, staff, and guests. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for oversight of all housekeeping duties, conducting routine audits, and performing training of new staff. In addition, this role will be responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels of all supplies, equipment and submitting order requests to maintain inventory.

**Requirements**:
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBLITIES**:

- Lead by example to guests and co-workers, creating positive and inspiring environment
- Ensure housekeeping services are executed to Woodward standards
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
- Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation
- Implement high quality cleaning and sanitation across the entire Woodward campus
- Upkeep camper cabins and guest lodging areas
- Execute routine and intermittent cleaning and sanitation for all restrooms and housing facilities
- Provide housekeeping duties including changing sheets, changing, and arranging towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting, and rearranging guest lodging areas
- Assist in maintaining an organized and safe and clean environment for guests and staff
- **Other duties as assigned**

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL SKILLS**:

- Experience in housekeeping, hotel, or cleaning operations preferred
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- Ability to collaborate well across functions and departments, to work as part of a team
- Ability to project manage and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time
- Strong interpersonal skills. Able to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

**BASIC SCHEDULE/REQUIREMENTS**:

- As a requirement of this position, pre-hire criminal history clearances are collected from the Pennsylvania State Police (PATCH) system, child abuse clearances are obtained through the Department of Public Welfare, and federal history is taken through FBI fingerprint screening.
- Reliable transportation required
- Physical Capabilities: bend, twist, push, pull, stand, lift 50lbs.
- Adhere to all workplace safety practices, expectations, and guidelines
- Must be comfortable working in an outdoor all-season environment.

- Summer Camp Season (June 9th - August 24th)
- Preferred Pre camp availability (starting May 5th) and 11-week commitment within Summer camp season
