Job Summary:
As a Nursing Manager/Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, managing budgets, and developing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care. You will be working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide strategic direction and support for the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Lead and manage the nursing staffs and ensure quality patient care practices are implemented and maintained
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
- Provide leadership to the nursing team by setting objectives, targets, and training plans
- Evaluate and maintain the quality of nursing care provided to patients
- Respond to patient concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing management
- Current California RN license
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
