**Job Summary**:
As an Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and selling our products and services to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through market research and industry analysis.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by selling our products and services to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to develop sales strategies and improve sales performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $41,066.12 - $49,455.97 per year
