**Salary Range**: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 a year,** Paid Time Off, 401(k), and Benefits for Full Time permanent employees

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
- Effectively execute mailings for diverse client portfolio
- Develop, maintain, and manipulate workflows within Quadient Inspire Designer
- Read/write scripts within imposition modules (including sheet impositions)
- Produce proof and production PDF files as well as inkjet files for inserters where required.
- Quadient Scaler and/or Quadient ICM knowledge a plus
- Perform data hygiene and presorting functions, including data analysis, de-dupe, and merge/purge.
- Perform quality checks and controls.
- Review job information for accuracy per client requirements and production output and update as required.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years experience preferred
- Commercial printing: 2 years (required)
- Quadient Inspire Designer: 2 years (required)
- Presorting software: 2 years (required)

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadline requirements.
- Must be self-motivated, able to follow written and verbal directions, and work well with others.
- Excellent communication skills with both client and production team
- Experience with MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of USPS regulations
- 2+ years’ experience with Quadient Inspire Designer (GMC/PrintNet T)
- 2+ years’ experience with presorting software

This is an in-person position - at our Morton Grove office.
