In this role, you'll:

- Collaborate closely with your Principal Trainer to craft initiatives that directly enhance patient care quality.
- Work directly with physicians, other clinicians, and healthcare operational teams to help them navigate the technology they use to care for patients.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge and experience with healthcare information systems, preferably Epic.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in adult learning strategies.
- Comfortable with various technologies.

**Additional Details**:

- Based within a 45-mile radius of Riverside, CA? Perfect Get ready to train onsite regularly.
- Bring at least 1 year of experience as an Epic Super User, Epic Credentialed Trainer, or in other systems training roles.

**Compensation**:$68,000 to $78,000 per year, based on experience.

**Work Location**:Riverside, CA or surrounding area with the option to work remotely (in alignment with the training and support schedule) from any location within the United Stated with consistent internet service.

**Travel**:At least 2 - 4 times per year as needed for Hummingbird company gatherings or team events.
