Job description
- Read and interpret drawings, procedures, and manuals.
- Installation and repair various types of bearings, seals, sleeves, hubs, and couplings.
- Alignment of motors, gearboxes, pumps, pulleys, and brakes, using dial indicators and or laser alignment equipment within +-2 thousands.
- Welding including arc, mig, and tig.
- Steel fitting, including accurate cutting with oxygen-acetylene torch, plasma arc, oxygen lance, slice torch, and track torch.
- Installation and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic system components.
- Troubleshoot gearboxes, bearings, hydraulic systems, clutches, cylinders and brakes
- Must be able to use feeler gauges, levels, micrometers, block gauges, Vernier calipers, dial indicators and laser alignment tooling.
- Ability to properly use rigging such as chain falls, chain jacks, hydraulic jacking cylinders, ropes, slings, turnbuckles, shackles etc. Ability to perform critical lifts.

- Must have excellent attendance
- Valid driver's license and own transportation
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work long hours including call out in all weather conditions
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Detailed resume
- Must be comfortable working at heights up to 200+ feet
- Must be able to obtain TWIC card and pass drug screening

**Experience**:

- Millwright: 5 years (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Alignment: 4 years (preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 10 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Pay: $25.93 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
