**Position**: Airtable Setup Specialist (In-Person Contract Work)

**About Us**: We are a niche interior landscape company specializing in designing, installing, and maintaining beautiful plant installations for individual clients. Our unique business requires a specialized approach to inventory management, and we are seeking an experienced Airtable specialist to help streamline our workflow.

**Position Overview**: We are looking for a talented Airtable Setup Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This is an in-person role, requiring the contractor to work closely with our team at our office and spend at least two weeks fully immersing in our business operations to effectively organize our Airtable database to meet our specific needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and set up Airtable databases to organize inventories for individual clients.
- Implement automations to streamline workflows, including plant replacement schedules and orchid rotation.
- Create a sales database that seamlessly converts into client inventories.
- Collaborate with our team to understand business processes and translate them into effective Airtable configurations.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and updates to the Airtable system as our company evolves.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Airtable.
- Proven track record with references for completed Airtable projects.
- Strong understanding of database management and workflow automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site and spend at least two weeks understanding our business operations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

**Compensation**:

- Pay will be commensurate with experience.
