**Responsibilities**:

- Perform closing duties for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Review loan documents, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Reconciliation Experience
- Coordinate with lenders, buyers, sellers, and other parties involved in the closing process to gather necessary information and resolve any issues
- Prepare closing statements, settlement statements, and other financial documents
- Calculate prorated taxes, interest, and other fees as necessary
- Conduct final review of all documents to ensure accuracy before closing
- Disburse funds to appropriate parties and record transactions accordingly
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information throughout the closing process

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Closer or in a similar role is required
- Knowledge of bank and escrow procedures is required
- Strong math skills and attention to detail are essential for accurate calculations
- Familiarity with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations and mortgage servicing processes is a plus
- Proficiency in 10-key typing for efficient data entry
- Understanding of loan processing and credit analysis concepts
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders in a professional manner
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple closings simultaneously

Pay: $50,125.00 - $65,020.00 per year
