Fine Dining Server Assistant/Busser Requirements/Responsibilities:

- High school or GED required.
- Must meet local legal minimum age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Prior experience working in polished casual/fine dining restaurant required.
- Basic wine and spirits knowledge required; strong wine and spirits knowledge preferred.
