**RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS**
- Execute work orders promptly and with precision.
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and securely store equipment and supplies.
- Conduct thorough inspections to uphold our highest quality standards.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail when working on customer properties.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Complete required documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations and PCA standards.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of 2 years of professional painting experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Liability insurance and worker’s compensation coverage required.
- Personal, unbranded vehicle and tools are necessary.
- 2-person crew minimum.
